While sitting here, waiting for our flight home:
I suddenly feel compelled to write about how blessed I feel and how thankful I am for these blessings. Paul Simon's Graceland just came on across the airport; I think it serves as kind writing encouragement.
To my family, I have enjoyed every minute of this past week spent with you, (and missed those left behind more each minute I've been away, Daddy!). I love how hard we laughed this week, and even in the grumpy moments, I can't put into words how fun it has been.
To Lee, whom I usually include in the family category, I think you deserve your own piece. You came along with your crazy girlfriend to spend every waking minute with her family, no complaints when plans fell through, no protests when things were less than ideal. I love you to the moon and back and then some more, too. More every day.
To those friends I've "met" here online, I am so happy to have you in my life. That feeling one gets when wrapped in a big, warm blanket on a cold morning, or when blowing out birthday candles-- that's what you give me every day. Thank you, dear loves.
To my bosses, you have my unwavering loyalty; thank you for all of your support and confidence, especially when I lack it. The inspiration and motivation you bring to my life, dance-related and otherwise, is so, so appreciated.
To those that don't fit into any specific category, (or multiple ones) but impact my life so very much, I love you. Carmela, Dan, Jess, Steph, Cousins, Em, Andrew, May, Max, my readers!, etc. I can't wait for teleportation to be available, can you?
Have the best day ever, my friends. Be happy for blessings, big and small ♥
